Pre-flight briefing

Questions, answered

01Are you licensed to fly drones commercially?
Yes — FAA Part 107 certified, with LAANC airspace authorization handled per flight and liability insurance on every job, ground or air.
02How far do you travel?
Across Missouri and Illinois. The studio is based in St. Louis; travel inside the metro is included in package pricing, and travel beyond it is quoted per project.
03How fast do I get my files?
Real estate listings are delivered within 24 hours, headshots within 48, and most other sessions within a week. Rush delivery is available — just ask when booking.
04What do the prices on the site mean?
Published prices are indicative St. Louis-market figures, marked as such next to every number. Your quote confirms the real price before anything is booked — no surprises after the fact.
05Do I own the photos?
You get a licensing agreement that fits how you actually use the images — personal sessions include a print release, and commercial work includes usage licensing scoped to your channels.
06What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Outdoor and aerial work gets a weather call the day before, and rescheduling for weather is always free. Drone flights only happen in conditions that are safe and produce good frames.
07Can you deliver maps or 3D models my engineer can use?
Yes — orthomosaics are delivered as GeoTIFF plus a shareable web view, and 3D models come as .glb/.obj with point clouds available. Tell me what software your team uses and the export will match it.
08Do you require a deposit?
Standard sessions are confirmed by email with no upfront payment. Larger projects (films, events, multi-visit work) reserve the date with a deposit collected at booking confirmation.
