Inspection

Every face, every elevation, thermal paired to visible — without renting a lift.

Visual and thermal inspection imagery for roofs, building envelopes, towers, and utility infrastructure. High-resolution passes organized by face and elevation, thermal paired with visible frames so every anomaly is documented twice, and an archive kept for re-inspection.

Where the number starts

Every job is quoted in writing against its own scope. These are the floors, so you know whether to keep reading. Travel shows as its own line; a quote holds for 30 days.

Inspection Flight

from $450

per asset · per visit

One asset, one visit — roof, facade, tower, or utility structure — flown close and documented in full.

  • ▸Full-coverage image set named by elevation
  • ▸Detail + context frame per anomaly
  • ▸Annotated findings PDF
  • ▸48-hour delivery

Thermal Inspection

from $750

per building

Radiometric thermal pass paired with visible frames — roof moisture, envelope heat loss, electrical hot spots. Priced by roof area.

  • ▸Thermal + visible pairs
  • ▸Anomaly map with temperatures
  • ▸Radiometric JPEGs

Process

How this job runs

  1. 01

    Scope the asset

Roof, facade, tower, or utility structure. You tell me what is suspected; I plan the passes around it.

  2. 02

    Fly it close, twice

A visible pass and a thermal pass from the same positions, organized by face and elevation as they are shot.

  3. 03

    Shortlist the anomalies

A short annotated list — location, context frame, detail frame — so the next conversation is about repairs, not photos.

  4. 04

    Keep the archive

The full set stays on file for re-inspection, so the next visit compares like to like.

Before you ask

Usual questions

01Are you licensed to fly drones commercially?
Yes — FAA Part 107 certified, with LAANC airspace authorization handled per flight and liability insurance on every job, ground or air.
02How fast do I get my files?
Inspection and insurance sets are typically delivered within 48 hours, headshots within 72, and mapping deliverables on the date agreed at quote — processing time depends on acreage and accuracy. Rush delivery is available; ask when booking.
03What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Outdoor and aerial work gets a weather call the day before, and rescheduling for weather is always free. Drone flights only happen in conditions that are safe and produce good frames.

From the debrief

“The roof set came back organized by slope with every anomaly flagged twice — thermal and visible. Our adjuster had nothing to ask.”

“The orthomosaic let our engineer measure setbacks without a second site visit. Clean data, delivered exactly as promised.”
